1. UNIVERSALITY OF SIN’S EFFECTS

All humans, regardless of race, social status or religious affiliation stand in God’s sight condemned because of sin, separated from God’s life, and in peril of eternal damnation (Romans 3:23)

 

2. TOTAL INCAPACITATION OF MAN

Nothing on man’s part can clear his sins, remove him from eternal damnation, and bring him into a friendly relationship with God. No amount of good works can save us! (Galatians 2:16 NLT)

 

GOD’S LOVE

3. Since nothing in us can save us from sin’s effects, God, because of His great love, took it on Himself to save us. He gave Jesus as substitute for us, who through His death, paid the price to clear the charges of sins against us (John 3:16; Romans 3:23- 25).

 

4. GOD’S GREAT OFFERS

On the basis of Jesus’s suffering, God is no longer angry with us, but is offering us pardon and release from the guilt, condemnation and penalties for our sins. Now, God is offering humanity eternal life (His own life), His Spirit, and many more too good to be true gifts (2 Corinthians 5: 18-19; Romans 6:23).

 

5. FREE GIFTS!

All these provisions of salvation is to be gotten freely. They are gifts! We only must turn our trust away from our own efforts to get right and put it in what Jesus did on our behalf. This is faith— the condition for receiving salvation and all the gifts embedded in it. The moment we declare faith in Jesus, we receive the gift of salvation; not a day after, but IMMEDIATELY! (Romans 6:23; John 3:16; Mark 16:15-16).

 

At this point, we like to lead you to salvation. Please, say these words out loud:

 

JESUS, I PUT MY TRUST IN YOU, IN YOUR DEATH AND RESURRECTION, WHICH YOU DID ESPECIALLY FOR ME. I TURN FROM THE PLEASURE OF SINS TO YOU. I RECEIVE PARDON BY FAITH. I PLEDGE MY ALLEGIANCE TO YOU FROM THIS DAY. YOU ARE MINE AND I AM YOURS. I RECEIVE YOUR PRESENCE IN THE PERSON OF THE HOLY SPIRIT INTO MY HEART BY FAITH. KEEP ME BY YOUR GRACE. AMEN!
